3. Registration and Enrollment

  • Eligibility: Our courses are open to individuals of all levels seeking to improve their English language skills.
  • Process: To enroll, you must complete the specified registration process, including providing accurate personal information and making the required payment.
  • Confirmation: Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and a confirmation email from Éclat des Mots.

4. Payments and Refunds

All course fees are due in full prior to the commencement of the course unless otherwise stated. Payment methods will be specified during the registration process. Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Full refund if cancellation occurs 14 days or more before the course start date.
  • 50% refund if cancellation occurs between 7 and 13 days before the course start date.
  • No refund for cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date or after the course has commenced.
  • Special conditions may apply to corporate training or private tutoring packages as outlined in individual contracts.

5. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to maintain respectful and professional conduct at all times, both with instructors and other students. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or any form of discrimination will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the course without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, website content, and trademarks of Éclat des Mots are the intellectual property of Éclat des Mots and are protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Éclat des Mots strives to provide high-quality education but does not guarantee specific results or outcomes from our courses. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our website or services.
